His accomplishments include over 300 listings sold on behalf of lenders, management of 1,000+ properties through eviction processes, and completion of 10,000+ portfolio valuations. He assembled and led a team capable of performing over 90 property valuations daily. Additionally, he developed MinnesotaForeclosures.com for foreclosure management and a proprietary method for calculating loss severity percentages.

Mike is proficient in all facets of finance, including conventional loans, FHA, USDA, corporate term loans, revolving credit, rehab, mezzanine, short-term bridge financing, credit lines, three-tranche capital stacks, and balloon payment CDs.

He has consolidated roles such as photo editing, graphic design, MLS specialization, social media management, print marketing design, and persona research into a cohesive, highly efficient team. Mike managed online advertising and sales for major conversion projects, including Regency Park Townhomes and the Villas at Chasewood. His expertise extends to negotiating utility easements and managing sales and marketing for various large-scale development projects across Minnesota. Key projects include a 30+ unit conversion development in Minneapolis, a 54+ unit project in Eden Prairie, a 20+ unit development in Western Minnesota, a 100+ acre land reconfiguration in Southern Minnesota, a 130+ unit condo design in Minnetonka, and extensive development negotiations in Wright County.

Mike conceptualized and orchestrated a strategic land configuration along Highway 52, unlocking significant development potential and presenting a $10 million refinancing opportunity. He meticulously divided parcels into 12 plots, addressing ingress and egress, powerline challenges, and future expansion needs. Throughout development conversions, he ensured seamless rental options and developed comprehensive backend management platforms for multiple large multi-family properties.
